Julia Fink
Junior Academy Director
Meet Julia Fink!
Coach Julia brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to her role as Director of the Juniors Volleyball Program. She played collegiate volleyball at Bellevue University in Nebraska from 2002–2005, serving as team captain from 2003–2005. After graduation, Julia began her coaching career as the Junior Varsity coach at Gretna High School in Nebraska.
Julia returned to coaching volleyball in 2022 when her daughter showed an interest in the sport. Now, with 10 seasons of recreational volleyball experience and two seasons coaching juniors volleyball at the Victorium, Julia understands the wants and needs of both parents and athletes. She has developed a strong and focused vision for where the Juniors program can go.
As a mom of two, Julia understands the importance of building confidence and character in young athletes both on and off the court. She is passionate about developing complete players - teaching not only strong volleyball fundamentals but also building life skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game. With a special appreciation for working with beginners, Julia's goal is to continue building a program that is both competitive and skill-focused, and will ultimately help athletes transition seamlessly from playing recreational volleyball to competing at the club level.
